Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer care at:

Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of placing your order. We will process your cancellation request and provide confirmation.

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
  • Sundays: Closed (Support numbers will be unavailable).

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

All products are eligible for returns if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is unopened, unworn, or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for our reply to approve your return.
  3. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Dr. Stanley's will bear the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the product has been delivered, except in the case of:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return as outlined in the Return Policy. Upon successful return and inspection, we will issue a replacement.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement after validating your claim.

Refund Exceptions for Cancellations

If an order is canceled before shipping, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 6-8 business days.

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  2. The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the current item.
